First day out with the K-5 and I got caught in ahuge storm.
Managed to rifle off about 50-odd photos beforetaking shelter as the rain became torrential.
The park, Kishikawa Korakuen, is one of my favourites.
It's lovely throughout the seasons, but summer is too hot to be walking around.
There are a lot of maples in a ravine with koi, so Autumn is especially nice.
There are frequent sighting of heron and egret, and kingishers, if lucky.
I make a habit to go there as often as possible.
Think I might have been there about 20 times over 10 years.
